Services Provided
Care Giver Services
Light House Keeping
This could entail things such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning fixtures, mopping, wiping counters, making beds, washing dishes, laundry, etc. Any questions regarding light housekeeping can be answered through the agency.
Meal Preparations
This could entail the Home Care Aide preparing daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the client (all meals or some meals according to need). Home Care Aides may also meal prep.
Personal Hygiene/Groomimg
This could entail Home Care Aides assisting clients with dressing and bathing themselves and/or brushing teeth combing/brushing hair and fingernail/toe nail clipping.
Shopping/Errands
Home Care Aides can be available to run errands such as picking up dry cleaning, groceries, prescriptions, books, videos, shopping for personal needs, and other things needed for the client.
Eating
Home Care Aides may feed and/or assist clients with eating.
Toileting
Home Care Aides may assist with changing clients from the bedside also assisting to and from the bathroom.
Medication Reminder
Homecare Aides do not administer medication. As part of their service, they can remind the client when to take medication according to the doctor's orders as printed on the medication bottle.
Transferring/Mobility
Home Care Aides may assist clients to and from various locations in the home as needed. Home Care Aides may also take clients to and from the doctor's appointments and help them in and out the vehicle.
